Have you ever wonder what it would be like to be a street kid? This book is about a 12 year old boy named Diego who lives in Bolivia and his family is in jail. Diego escapes from the prison and joins a gang of people. Diego’s life turns into chaos when the gang starts to make Diego do bad things. The sequel to “I am a taxi” is “Sacred Leaf.”Deborah Ellis has other books like “Looking for X”, “A Company of Fools”, “Parvana’s Journey” and “Heaven Shop.” Deborah Ellis has been everywhere in her books like Africa, Afghanistan, France and Bolivia and cool places like that.
