Ever since coming back from March break I have felt that I could be leading a much healthier life with a few easy adjustments. For the past two weeks I have taken on a personal challenge that will hopefully carry out for a life time. I decided to make this change because I couldn’t handle waking up tired every single day, getting red spots on my face, and having my hair feel so dry day after day. I could feel that my body needed to be reenergized and I found the perfect way to fix that.
My mom has always nagged me to take omega 3’s and vitamin D every day and that everyone should be taking it but I just thought it was another silly thing she herd while watching doctor OZ. Then I realized that vitamin D and omega 3’s are both bro biotic vitamins that are vital for our bodies and ones that we don’t get enough of. All these benefits are good for your body and you can keep yourself healthy by taking omega 3’s once a day. After taking these vitamins once daily for a month I have felt a huge improvement in the way I feel and I truly believe these vitamins have helped because I am feeling on top of the world.
