Getting ready for the WEEKEND

Posted on October 29th, 2009 in Uncategorized by Lily M

Its Halloween this weekend! Fun Fun Fun, if you have something to do!

As for me, its going to be a bit different

.Firstly my sister Olivia is going back to England today, which isnt the greatest of all things so I wont be able to see her this halloween, my other sister Holly is going to her friends house as well as trick or treating, my brother is going to a party for basically all day, AND my parents are going to some friends house. So because I will be alone, I have to go to my parents friends house! Yey…

This week has been fun though, getting the house decorated (even if my parents were a bit overexcited), it was Olivias birthday on the 25th and we had the BEST dinner ever at The Steakhouse, which I could recommend to anyone if they are looking for a good steak! However my dog Maxie had passed away, which was really sad… But I am feeling ok.

And our house decorations....

Just to let you guys know, I dont usually have a boring and depressing life! Its just this week that hasnt been the best, but I have learned just to move on with life and be happy because YOU SHOULD BE !

Keep Smiling :)

My weekend

Hey again

This weekend has been fun. I went to my friend Hannas house for the first time and on Saturday I went to the Fearfest at Wonderland. Lets say it wasn’t scary like AT ALL! But apparently its because you had to go into the haunted houses which me and Kim missed out on because the line-ups were sooo long! Before that my brother had a party at Lazer Quazer so me, Kim, my dad, my mum and my brother left early so we could get to Joe’s party. We got there an hour early! Which was ok I suppose, because it gave us a chance to eat before the rides. Afterwards at the end of it all, I went home and my sister Olivia, who lives in England, told me she and her friends got kicked out of Wonderland! That was really weird, because no one gets kicked out! Anywayjust got back from Olivias birthday dinner now. We just went to ’ The Steakhouse’ because it has THE best steak EVER! We had a great time, and once again, the food was delicious.

Keep Smiling :)

My first weekend

Hello everyone, Im Lily. Im a typical 15 year old who loves a good shop.

I have just moved here so I am going to talk about what new things I have done.

Firstly, on the 10th  I went shopping at the Eaton Center for the first time with my good friend Kim and I was bascially broke after that. I spent most of my money in Hollister! Its so hard to find a Hollister in England so it was nice to be able to go into Hollister instead of just ordering it offline. When we were there, my mum called and said that MICHEAL BUBLE would be there so we decided we would see him. Little did we know that we had to be VIP’s to get an autograph and no photos were to be taken! We had our camera up and ready. We then got told he was only signing his new CD so we got no autographs OR photos. Whilst we were trying to take photos, his secruity guy kept getting in the way which was so annoying! In the end, we thought we would skip the line and get to the front, once again, not a good idea, we went into the VIP section and when we found out, we felt so awkward. Then we just did a lot more shopping, and because we found out we only had about $30-40 we went to the cinema and watched Fame which was good, the music was good, but the story line was a bit confusing…

After that I celebrated my first Thanksgiving on the 12th. I went pumpkin and apple picking with my family. It was random, but a nice experience. I tried my first pumpkin pie, after my hands stopped swelling and it actually tasted alright. Lets say after that dinner, I put on a couple of those pounds!!

Keep smiling :)
